Licensing

Your house. Our craft.

We take a heritage name into fragrance and run the whole business behind it. The brand keeps control of its image. We carry the work and the risk.

How a licence works with us

Six steps, one team.

Each launch follows the same path. Final design is locked twelve months before launch.

  1. Brand DNA

We study the house: its archives, codes and customers. We agree the territory the fragrances will live in.

  2. Story and artistic direction

Each collection is written as a story. For Borsalino, the Art of Love is a romance told in acts.

  3. Olfactory creation

We brief master perfumers with a scene, not a formula, and choose the juices with the brand.

  4. Design and packaging

Bottle, cap, box and gift sets, made with the best artisans in Italy and France.

  5. Production and compliance

Sourcing, filling, quality control and EU and US regulatory work.

  6. Distribution and activation

Retailers, travel retail and online partners, plus training, sampling, PR and influencer seeding.
