RETURNS & EXCHANGES

All sales are final and are not eligible for return.

If you have a quality concern such as breakage during transportation or malfunction within a 14-day period following delivery, please take a photo of the issue in question and send it with your order number and description to contact@perfume-street.com and we will happily proceed to resolve the issue.

To prevent receiving a fragrance that you simply don’t like, we suggest you order one of our individual samples first so you can test each scent prior to purchasing a full size bottle.

Items purchased online at Perfume-Street.com will not be accepted in retail store or pop-up locations or any third-party locations carrying Perfume Street merchandise. Products that were not purchased on the Website or through the Customer Service Centre may NOT be returned to the Perfume Street Returns Department.

You may not sell or resell any of the products you receive from us.
